Absolutely gorgeous pen. Works as it should with both methods with and without the adaptor. I love the construction of these having metal parts in it, feels good in the hand, and they are slightly thinner making it easier for storage.

Gorgeous manual pen. Blue has a little shimmer to it, or a subtle glitter. And the Max adapter is a huge improvement on the original filing and threaded adapter method – with the Max adapter that comes with this pen, it’s instant plug and play. This pen requires you to pull out the button before you can administer your dose, which I appreciate. Kind of like a safety feature. The pen’s clear clicking sound is helpful for audible feedback to count along to as you dose.

THE GOAT MANUAL PEN.
Delivery is SMOOTH. Pen feels high-end!
I wish they had a hidden needle mechanism but for what it does, it’s my favorite.
For those debating between the Novo 4 and 6, just get the 4 unless you really want digital tracking but I personally don’t think it’s worth it.
The 4 gets the job done!!!
Ordered and shipped on the same day
