Customs Responsibility
International customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders comply with the import requirements of the destination country. Daro Pep is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs.
Supporting Documentation
If customs requests supporting documentation, Daro Pep can provide standard order records, including invoices, customs declaration information, payment confirmations, and similar documents.
Although Daro Pep cannot guarantee that customs will release a shipment, Daro Pep is happy to provide just about any documents customs may request.

These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

Any applicable tariffs or customs fees are solely the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Daro Pep at checkout.
Customs Duties, Tariffs, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, customs-processing fees, or other destination-specific charges. These charges are determined by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier—not by Daro Pep.
If charges are assessed, the customer must pay them directly to the shipping carrier or applicable customs authority. The carrier or customs authority may require payment before releasing or delivering the package.
Customs requirements and fees vary by country and may change without notice. Customers are responsible for understanding any charges that may apply before placing an order. Failure to pay an assessed fee or provide requested information may delay or prevent delivery.
Daro Pep does not control customs inspections, processing times, fees, package holds, seizures, or release decisions.
By placing an international order, the customer accepts responsibility for all customs requirements, tariffs, duties, taxes, and related import fees associated with the shipment.
International Economy Shipping

Checkout Pricing and Quote Requests
International Economy rates are calculated from the destination and packaged weight and start at approximately $15 USD for most destinations. The exact available services and prices appear at checkout.
If no automated international rate appears, select the $0 email-quote shipping option, place the order, and do not send payment until Daro Pep emails the available shipping choices, revised total, and payment instructions.
How International Economy Works
International Economy is an affordable international shipping service that uses a multi-stage delivery process.
U.S. Consolidation
Your package is first shipped to a consolidation center in the United States.
International Transport
At the consolidation center, the package is processed and relabeled for shipment to the destination country.
Final Delivery
After arriving in the destination country, the package is transferred to a local carrier or the country’s national postal system for delivery to the recipient.
Because multiple carriers and facilities are involved, delivery times vary by country.
Door-to-Door Tracking
Packages weighing 4 lb or more include door-to-door tracking worldwide.

For packages under 4 lb sent to other supported destinations, tracking updates may stop after the package is transferred to the destination country’s postal service. This does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving.
Shipping Availability and Exclusions
Daro Pep does not currently ship to:

- Syria
- China
- Russia
International Economy is also temporarily unavailable to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Other international services may appear at checkout when available.
Returned Packages
Door-to-door tracking covers the package’s journey from Daro Pep to the recipient. If a package is returned to the sender, tracking may not be available during the return journey.
Service availability and tracking coverage are determined by the participating carriers and may change without notice.
